TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All iTyreCare service packages come with a unique package ID which is stored in the company’s software. Any tempered booklet will be confiscated immediately.
- The service package will be completed when the mentioned number of car services is delivered.
- The service package can’t be cancelled, transferred or refunded.
- iTyreCare reserves the right to cancel the service package at any time.
- No car service request will be entertained without a prior appointment. To book an appointment please call 800-482
- The claim of up to 50% cheaper than the dealership is based on average price data collected from randomly selected auto service companies.
- There is no annual commitment with the service package it totally depends on the number of services and kilometres mentioned in the booklet.
- All prices mentioned in the package include 5% VAT as per UAE laws.
- In case there is a free battery with the purchase of a service package. iTyreCare will use the normal battery if the customer chooses an AGM battery has to pay 50% of the AGM price.
- Engine oil used for car servicing will be premium (5w30 fully synthetic 10k Kms) Selection of oil is iTyreCare’ discretion.
- Engine oil filters will be genuine or equivalent quality.
- Free Vehicle pick and drop service is available only in Dubai.
- The term *change used with brake pads, Spark plugs, A/C filter and Air filter refers to the labour charge. iTyreCare will not charge any amount as labor however the parts are to be purchased by the customer.
- Any repair job requested by the customer but not included in the service package Will only be started after the approval and customers must pay for those services.
- Customers sourcing parts from suppliers other than iTyreCare will be responsible for the quality of the repair.
- Customer must remove all their valuable belonging from the vehicle, iTyreCare will not be responsible for any losses or damages.
- If a repair is done using a third party, the charges are to be paid by the customer unless the service is covered within the service package.
- iTyreCare is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the vehicle or quality of the repair if it is caused due to 3rd party supplier.
- The customer has the right to ask about the usage of parts and accessories for car service.
- Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Law in the UAE.
- Customers must keep the service booklet safely and present it all the time while obtaining car service.
- Issuance of replacement service package booklet will cost AED 100 including VAT.
- If services have been utilized then you cannot cancel the contract and no refund will be provided.
- After 28 days all service contracts are non-refundable until they expire.
